Papers are accepted on the basis of the quality and originality of the research and its significance to our readership. Except where otherwise stated, manuscripts are peer reviewed by two anonymous reviewers and an Editor.

Instructions for Authors
All instructions for submission to the Journal are contained in the Instructions for Authors, and all articles submitted to the Journal must comply with these instructions. All submitted papers are subject to a double-blind refereeing process, which is a condition of publication.

Copyright
Authors publishing in the Journal will be asked to sign an Exclusive Licence Form. In signing the form it is assumed that authors have obtained permission to use any copyrighted or previously published material. All authors must read and agree to the conditions outlined in the form, and must sign the form or agree that the corresponding author can sign on their behalf. Articles cannot be published until a signed form has been received.
