Manuscripts submitted to the Review must not be under consideration by another publication.

Articles published in Law & Society Review generally run 25 to 45 pages (roughly 8,000 to 14,000 words) in length. While substantially longer articles can be published, their importance must justify the additional space required. The editor reserves the right reject without review manuscripts that are substantially longer than typical articles.
