If you are not familiar with the World Wide Web or a graphical user browser, there are many books on the topic. Wiley has Getting Started With the Internet, for example. Once you access the Web, you need only enter the URL (Universal Resource Locator) at the top of the page and the browser will find the document you request. You can then save the location so that you do not need to enter the http://... entry each time.
