ANNOTATED INSTRUCTOR'S EDITION- This annotated version of the student
text includes suggestions for presentation and reinforcement of material,
suggested procedure for student preparation, and sample syllabi.
TEST BANK- A testing program that tests chapter structures, vocabulary,
and cultural information.
COMPUTERIZED TEST BANK- A new, full-featured, easy-to-use, MAC and PC
fully-supported test creation program that enables instructors to choose
test questions from the TEST BANK, print the completed tests out for use
in the classroom, and save the tests for later use or modification. In
addition, the professor can enter their own questions. The tests from the
4/e are included in the computerized test bank for extra test taking material.
TRANSPARENCY ACETATES- Approximately 100 full-color acetates illustrating
all drawings used in exercises, activities, including the chapter-opener
illustration without vocabulary labels, plus the accompanying transparencies
of key grammar points for classroom presentation. These features allow
the professor to have mobility in the classroom for better classroom interaction.
The transparencies are identified in the teacher's manual.
WORKBOOK AND LABORATORY MANUAL- This workbook, written by the Dawsons,
is composed of Intergracion: Manual de laboratorio, which coordinates
with the laboratory tape program to provide practice and reinforcement
of the vocabulary and grammar for each chapter as well as listening and
practicing. These are tied directly to the textbook.
INTENSIVE EXERCISES AND ACTIVITIES MANUAL- A new intensive exercises
booklet is available for use in small-group or drill and practice sessions.
These exercises can be used by the professor to add and reinforce the grammar
if more material is desired.
LABORATORY CASSETTES- A laboratory tape program that coordinates with
the laboratory manual, Integracion: Manual de laboratorio. The tapes
are organized around the lessons and are 30 minutes in length, per chapter.
STUDENT TAPE/AUDIO CD- A student cassette or audio CD shrink-wrapped
with the text includes the pronunciation materials in the preliminary chapter,
the conversaciones, and the Rincon literario reading selections in the
chapters.
VIDEO- A text specific 90 minute videotape that is coordinated to the
cultural, thematic, and functional content of each of the textbook chapters.
The segments are 5-6 minute clips organized by theme per chapter.
MULTIMEDIA CD-ROM- An interactive Multimedia CD-ROM (PC and MAC) program
integrated to the text and featuring pronunciation and listening exercises,
vocabulary, and grammar acquisition, games and cultural readings.
INSTRUCTOR'S MULTIMEDIA GUIDE- Guide to the video, CD-ROM, and Dicho
y hecho WWW Home Page is a complete resource for users of Dicho y hecho.
The video section has a variety of activities, teaching suggestions, and
a complete transcript of the video. The sections on the CD-ROM and WWW
Home Page are excellent resources which help guide instructors on how best
to incorporate these innovative tools into the Dicho y hecho program.
DASHER DRILLS COMPUTERIZED TEXT EXERCISES- Microstudy that is used by
the student for practice and reinforcement of grammar and vocabulary. Available
in both IBM and MAC.
TAPESCRIPT- A complete transcript of the laboratory audio program.
ANSWER KEY- A separate supplement that contains the answers to the workbook
exercises. This can be shrink-wrapped for the students if a professor wants
the answers to be available for self-correction.
*Components of this supplements package are truly integrated with
the text. Special effort was made to tie this program together.
