Managing client expectations and the team's workload can be the biggest challenge. Working overtime to complete the project on schedule can be particularly stressful. Because sometimes the job never seems to get done: either the clients records are totally messed up and you can't seem to get them straight or you might search endlessly for a key piece of data. Somedays you just can't get in touch with your senior or a member of the client's staff causing work to grind to a halt. |
