LOGICAL FALLACIES   TO AVOID

The logical fallacies discussed in this section occur fairly often in conversation and in writing. Watch out for them in the writing of others and avoid them when you are trying to build a reasonable case in either your writing or debating.

Types of logical fallacy include:

fallacies based on insufficient evidence fallacies based on irrelevant information; fallacies based on ambiguity              fallacies based on faulty logic
