How have your responsibilities changed as you've moved up in the firm?

Your first year you're at the bottom of the totem pole without much supervisory experience. In your second year at KPMG, they start preparing us for being seniors where were running jobs and supervising people. For instance during busy season this year I supervised an assistant performing an audit in an area I had done last year. That helps transition you in  because you can get practice while there's still another senior around before you're put out on your own supervising a whole engagement team.
