Some of the people I've met here just want to get their two years experience and get out. Others have gotten great offers while working on a client's account and ended up as part of their staff or internal audit group. And of course you have the people that really enjoy public accounting and the variety of clients and industries they encounter. Those types will tend to stick it out and hopefully make partner someday. |
