To save the file from the new open Chime window, access the Chime menu (click-and-hold on a Mac or right-button-click on a PC) and choose File > Save molecule as... To save the file to your hard drive without opening it in a new window, click-and-hold the mouse button on a Mac or right-click on a PC and choose Save this link as... from the menu.

The saved molecular structure files can be viewed with a Chime-enabled browser or using a molecular visualization program such as RasMol, Swiss PDB Viewer, Cn3D, Chem3D, MolMol, or MolView.
