Synthesis & Review
¡Con brío! reinforces learning through synthesis and review throughout the book. ¡Exprésate!, a chapter-wrap-up section found in Apéndice 3, offers students additional opportunities to converse (¡A conversar!) and write (¡A escribir!) about theme-based topics using the vocabulary and structures learned in the chapter. The latter is accompanied by writing strategies and process-writing steps.
A scene-by-scene listing of all vocabulary introduced in the chapter is presented to facilitate review at the end of the chapter.
A self-testing feature appearing at the end of each chapter reviews the vocabulary and structures presented in the chapter, and helps students to prepare for tests. The Answer Key that appears in Apéndice 2 in the book gives students instant feedback. Additional self-tests for each scene are available online.
