Q. Where do I find the support materials for these textbooks?
A. You reach the support materials on the Instructor Companion Site for each MOAC title. On the MOAC site, click on the title you have adopted, then select Instructor Companion Site in the box on the right side of the screen. This includes all the support material formerly located on the Microsoft Learning Instructor Resource Center.

Q. How do I get the Blackboard, eCollege, or WebCT course content for my MOAC textbook?
A. From the MOAC website, select Technology Solutions in the upper left command bar. Then select either WebCT or Blackboard. You will need to submit an "Adoption Request Form" that will then be verified by your Wiley Representative. Upon verification, instructions for downloading the Course Cartridge will be emailed to you. To adopt the Course Cartridge you are interested in using, go to the Courses page, locate the title you are interested in, click on the "Adopt Now" form and fill out and submit the "Adoption Request Form".
Q. How do I contact Microsoft for support on the existing MOAC textbooks?
A. The Microsoft Knowledge Base
contains all known issues and fixes for the Microsoft Official Academic
Courses. Fixes for known issues

Q. Can I customize my MOAC title?
A. Yes, under qualifying
circumstances. Please contact your
rep for more information.
Q. Can I bundle my MOAC text with
another Wiley book?
A. Yes. Contact your Wiley representative.
Q. How do I get the DVD and the invitation code for my MOAC text’s Virtual PC Lab?
A. Email your request to MOACsales@wiley.com. Your request will be handled within 48
hours.
Q. How do I request exam or desk copies of my MOAC title?
A. You request them from the title landing page for your MOAC textbook. Select the title of your book on the MOAC website to go to the TLP. At the TLP, click Request an evaluation copy in the box on the right side of the screen. Or, you can call 1-800-225-5945, option 3. You can also email your Wiley representative. Finally, you can fax a request to 732 764-2972.
