RCALC WINDOWS VERSION
RCALC is a Windows-based software program designed by
the author to accompany Sampling Methods for Applied
Research: Text and Cases. This program will help students
with the sometimes complicated calculations associated with
the examples, exercises and cases in the text. The new
Windows RCALC replaces the DOS version of the Program
SCALC that is currently included on the diskette packaged
with the text. The Windows version of SCALC offers the
following features not available in the DOS version:
- Better graphical interface with menus and dialog boxes
that make it easier for the user to make the desired
selection and input the required information.
- Provides a journal-style document where the input data
supplied and results of all calculations can now be
scrolled, printed or saved.
- Built-in Help feature.
This program requires Windows 95 or NT or higher. The
Windows version RCALC is downloadable as a
self-extracting compressed file by clicking here.
