Opening your e-book on your reading device

Connect your Nook to your computer.
Step 3
Launch Adobe Digital Editions.
Complete the authorization wizard: Enter the Adobe ID you created when you installed Adobe Digital Editions - this will authorize your Nook.
You will see your Nook at the left. If you don't:
- Disconnect your Nook.
- Close Adobe Digital Editions.
- Reconnect your Nook.
- Reopen Adobe Digital Editions.
If this still doesn't work, contact Nook support.
Step 4
Drag your e-book to your Nook.
You can now disconnect your Nook from your computer.
Step 2
Install the free Bluefire Reader app on your iPad/iPhone. (Find it in the App store.)
Step 3
Connect your iPad/iPhone to your computer.
iTunes will open. If it doesn't open automatically, open it manually.
Step 4
In iTunes:
- Click your iPad/iPhone name.
- Click Apps at the top of iTunes.
- Scroll down and click the Bluefire Reader icon.
- Click Add, below the document list.
- Browse to your e-book (in the My Digital Editions folder) and click Open.
- Click Sync at the bottom of iTunes.
Step 5
Note - you must authenticate Blue Fire with your Adobe ID to be able to open the e-book. If you do not authenticate Blue Fire with your Adobe ID, the e-book will be listed but you won't be allowed to open the e-book.
Open the Bluefire Reader app on your iPad/iPhone. Your e-book will be in your library.
Step 2
Install the free Bluefire Reader app on your Android. (Find it in Google Play.)
Step 3
Connect your Android device to your computer.
Step 4
On your PC or Mac
- Browse to your Android device: Go to [your device]\Bluefire\Import
- In another Finder/Explorer window, browse to your e-book and copy it to the Bluefire\Import folder.
Step 5
Open the Bluefire Reader app on your Android device.
- Tap on "Info" at the bottom of the display.
- Go to the "Import from SD Card" section and tap Import.
- When the import is finished, tap the Library icon.
- Your e-book will be in your Library.
Step 2
Connect your Kobo to your computer.
Step 3
On your Kobo home screen, choose Manage Library.
Step 4
Launch Adobe Digital Editions.
Complete the authorization wizard.
Enter the Adobe ID you created when you installed Adobe Digital Editions.
You will see your Kobo at the left. If you don't:
- Disconnect your Kobo.
- Close Adobe Digital Editions.
- Reconnect your Kobo.
- Reopen Adobe Digital Editions.
If this still doesn't work, contact Kobo support.
Step 5
Drag your e-book to your Kobo.
You can now disconnect your Kobo from your computer.
Step 2
Connect your Sony Reader to your computer.
Step 3
Launch Adobe Digital Editions.
Complete the authorization wizard.
Enter the Adobe ID you created when you installed Adobe Digital Editions.
You will see your Sony Reader at the left. If you don't:
- Disconnect your device.
- Close Adobe Digital Editions.
- Reconnect your device.
- Reopen Adobe Digital Editions.
If this still doesn't work, contact Sony support.
Step 4
Drag your new book to your Sony eReader
You will see your book copy to the Sony eReader.
