A New Chairman of the Board
Peter Booth Wiley will succeed Brad Wiley II as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wiley, following Brad’s retirement from the position effective September 19, 2002, the date of the Company’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Peter was elected by a unanimous Board vote in May. Peter has served as a Board member since 1984. Brad joined the Board in 1979, and has served as Chairman since 1992. He will continue on as a Director.
