Photographic Imaging Techniques in C++ for Windows and Windows NT	This file contains the files necessary to build and run the 32 bit TestApp program. These changes were necessary because the original code in the book was tested against beta versions of Win95 only. Some aspects of printing (contained in the files Cdialog.hpp and Cdialogs.cpp) changed from beta to the retail version, so a new version of both Cdialogs.hpp and Cdialogs.cpp is included for those people who want to build the code.
