How can I find out my username and password?

Your username and password are your email address and the password you entered when you created your account with Wiley.com or graphicstandards.com. (Existing customers at Wiley.com will use the same account login for graphicstandards.com)

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen and follow instructions for receiving a new temporary password. Please note that you must know the username (the email address) that was used when the account was last updated. If you cannot remember this email address, call Customer Care at 800-762-2974 for assistance in updating your account.

I am an administrator for a multi-subscription account, how can I change the username and/or password for my concurrent licensed users?

To change the username for your concurrent licensed users log into graphicstandards.com with your administrator username and password. Once logged in Click on the Administrator Security Function link. From here you can change the username and password of the concurrent licensed users, view the current username, the total number of users, and expiration date for your account. You will need to use your administrator password to make any changes to the concurrent licensed username or password. If you cannot remember your administrator username or password call Customer Care at 800-762-2974 for assistance.

Can I share my account with others?

Accounts are assigned to a single user login. Only one person may use the login at any one time.

Can I share material that I have downloaded from Graphic Standards Online with others?

You may use downloaded material in your work, however, it is copyrighted and for your use only. We rely on the continued support of users like you to afford to make this material available online.
