He has written several certification books on Windows, Security, IT project management, and UNIX, and was co-author of two of Sybex's leading certification titles: CompTIA A+ Complete Study Guide and CompTIA Security+ Study Guide. He is also a well-known certification columnist for Redmond Magazine and CertCities.com.

Quentin Docter (Waconia, MN) A+, MCSE, CNE, CCNA, and SCSA, has over 17 years IT experience. During his career, he has worked as a technician, network administrator, consultant, trainer, author, and web developer. He is now working as an IT consultant and author based out of Cincinnati, Ohio.
