140Problems with reproducing effects in Step 1,Windows XP Service Pack 2 Users: A new version of Movie Maker (version 2.1) is included with the Service Pack 2 upgrade. With it the effects described on page 140 do not show up like you are supposed to do in Step 1. To fix this issue the AddOnTFX folder should not be added to the 1033 folder, but it should be added to the 0409 folder. This is only for Movie Maker version 2.1. Here is a direct link to the Microsoft Developers website that talks about this issue and creating other effects in Movie Maker. http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnwmt/html/moviemakersfx.asp10/18/04
