The proposed book presents principles of advanced multilevel converters, which require less number of components and provide higher power conversion efficiency and output power quality. Their operation principles and control strategies are explained in detail. Furthermore, mathematical expressions and design procedures of their components are also presented. Their advantages and disadvantages compared to the classical multilevel and two level power converters are also provided.
