Following the third paragraph on the page, 7 bits are lined up under a template of values to illustrate how the binary number in an IPv4 address represents the value in the decimal form. The layout is offset, creating an error.
The first two positions are correct. The set of 3 bits under the second octet should be immediately below the 128, the 32 and the 8 (128+32+8=168). The final two bits, under the third and the fourth octet, should be at the end of each octet, directly under the 1.
