All bookstore customers in the United States and Canada should be using electronic ordering as their primary procurement method for Wiley products. Electronic ordering reduces the inefficiencies that come along with manually processing orders by email or phone.

As of July 1st, 2021, all orders processed over the phone or email will be subject to a service fee detailed below. All manual orders will require that a customer accepts the fee and pays for it by credit card at the time of processing. This service fee does not apply to orders for digital access codes.

Manual Order Fee:

  • $25 fee on orders up to $500
  • $50 fee on orders between $501 and $1,000
  • $100 fee on orders between $1,001 and $5,000
  • $250 fee on orders between $5,001 and $10,000
  • $500 fee on orders over $10,000

To avoid being charged a service fee, please utilize one of the electronic ordering methods below.

Our self-service website allows bookstores to place orders, view order history, track shipping, and create and view Return Materials Authorizations (RMAs).

An electronic data interchange/electronic commerce (EDI/EC) service designed by and used within the book industry.  It allows retailers and publishers to easily exchange orders, order acknowledgements, shipping notices and invoices.
