OSCE checklists (PDF)

These marking proformas have been included to help guide revision and therefore should only be used as such. Many of them are generic for a type of station and so may miss specifics for which there would be marks in an actual exam. In addition some of them are very detailed and cover more ground than might be expected (e.g., in a pure examination station, you may not get round to considering ideas, concerns and expectations). The precise detail required is often related to the length of the station, so please also bear this in mind.

Please note that these are provided as study aids only, and examinations differ from institution to institution.
