As journal editors, publishers, and industry leaders look to new ways of encouraging and enabling open data (or better: FAIR data), it’s crucial that we keep researcher wants and needs at the forefront.
We continually work to improve the publishing journey and maximize the impact of research in an increasingly open environment and understanding researchers’ views and experiences of open research practices is fundamental to this.
In May 2019, we invited researchers to answer our Open Research Survey and here we share what we found out around data sharing.
